How long is my result available?

The exact remaining time appears beside the result. The current window is two hours after processing finishes. The account screen lists every unexpired result and lets you download or delete it.

Can DOG-E guarantee the translation?

No. Machine translation and layout reconstruction can make mistakes. Review important output before relying on it, particularly for official, legal, medical, financial, or safety-related use.

Why did my upload stop?

Check the displayed format and size limits, remaining quota, sign-in state, and human-verification status. A failed job does not leave its file indefinitely; it follows the same temporary deletion schedule.

Account and Google connection

What does sign out do?

Sign out removes DOG-E’s tab-scoped credential. It does not delete your DOG-E account or its unexpired results.

What does delete account do?

It permanently deletes the DOG-E account, identities, retained documents, private job history, and quota data, then asks Google to revoke DOG-E’s connection. It does not delete your Google Account. You may explicitly create a new DOG-E account later. If Google does not confirm the automatic removal, review DOG-E on your Google Account connections page.
